Payment data
Payments, when enabled, will be processed through an approved payment provider. We do not need to store full payment-card numbers or card security codes on AI Universe servers. The provider may process information under its own privacy terms.
Service providers and disclosures
Necessary information may be shared with hosting, email, and payment service providers to deliver the service, and with authorities where legally required. We do not claim to sell customer reading stories.
Security and retention
We use account controls and reasonable technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Information is retained as needed to operate the service, maintain transaction records, resolve disputes, and meet applicable legal obligations.
Your choices
You may request access to or correction or deletion of eligible personal information by emailing support. Certain records may need to be retained for legal, fraud-prevention, or accounting reasons.
